📋 Description

• Reporting to the Director of Cybersecurity Risk Oversight. • Provide independent oversight and risk management expertise. • Responsible for Operational Risk oversight of technology. • Collaborate with leaders on operational performance and emerging risks. • Review risks and controls for effective compliance with risk requirements. • Provide expert advice on risk management practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or economics or commensurate/relevant degree is required. • Minimum of 5-10 years industry experience in Operational Risk, Enterprise Risk, Technology Risk, Information Security Risk, External/Internal Audit. • Outstanding active listening skills • Ability to think strategically and drive to execution • In-depth knowledge of internal controls, risk assessments, and compliance processes. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Teams. • Proven ability to conduct in-depth testing of systems, processes, and controls. • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence others.
