Description

• The Senior Accounting Manager - APAC will manage financial reporting under Australian Accounting Standards. • Lead the APAC finance team to meet operational requirements and promote professional development. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business objectives and provide financial expertise. • Oversee preparation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with AASB. • Coordinate external audits and implement internal controls for financial data integrity. • Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable operations to ensure compliance and optimize cash flow. • Prepare monthly cash flows and assist the Head of Finance in managing banking relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CA qualifications preferred). • Experience in a Big 4 or mid-tier environment is ideal. • 7+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role. • Experience with financial software and systems; familiarity with MS Dynamics 365 is highly regarded. • Strong ability to collaborate with non-finance teams and senior stakeholders across the business.
