• We're seeking a Delivery Manager to ensure business value is delivered by acting as the glue between product, engineering, and teams. • You'll be involved early in product definition, breaking down scope into epics and user stories. • By leading the delivery lifecycle, you turn developer strengths into efficiency. • Spotting dependencies and blockers early is key, with a strong focus on removing them quickly. • Comfort at handling stakeholders is important, along with promoting transparency and building self-service systems for tracking progress. • Agile principles guide the process, but flexibility and iteration with the team are what truly drive results. • A calm leader who can turn uncertainty into a clear plan is essential. • You're humble and ready to get your hands dirty. • With Accelerate on your nightstand and DORA metrics always in mind. • For this role we need the person to be based and work along CET timezone working hours (or maximum +/- 2 hours deviation).
Requirements
• Experience in an engineering organization using Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean). • Strong understanding of how large-scale software systems are designed, built, tested, and deployed. • Deep knowledge of team dynamics and delivery methods. • Solid understanding of the roles of product managers, designers, engineers, architects, QA, DevOps, data engineers, and product marketing. • Agile or related certifications in iterative software development. • Project Management qualifications. • Understanding of Finance, Crypto, DeFi, or algorithmic trading is a strong plus. • Exceptional communication, critical thinking and organisational skills.
