• Developing and improving our current algorithmic strategies. • Managing end to end the process of deployment and running trading strategies. • Developing ad-hoc system to connect to new execution venues. • Reviewing performance metrics and communicating post strategy analysis. • Helping to deliver continuous improvements on our trading infrastructure and models. • Ensuring market and research issues are properly documented.
🎯 Requirements
• A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Sciences or Statistics. • A minimum of 2 year of relevant experience at a capital markets trading firm. • Knowledge of DeFi system and smart contract based trading. • Familiarity with financial markets and trading algorithms. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. • Passion for DeFi. • A high degree of technical aptitude with programming skills in Python/C++/Rust/Java. • Knowledge of SQL. • Strong analytical capabilities. • Enjoy taking time to discuss crazy ideas with colleagues in the evening.
