Description

• Lead the product discovery and definition process for a cross-functional squad consisting of engineers, data engineers, QA specialists, data intelligence analysts, and tech support personnel. • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify market opportunities, gather requirements, and prioritize features for development. • Drive the strategic direction of product deliverables, focusing on validating customer needs and prioritizing features to align with business goals. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify areas for innovation. • Work closely with engineering teams to translate validated product requirements into actionable user stories, focusing on strategic product management rather than delivery tasks. • Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement. • Continuously iterate on the product based on user feedback, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field; • 3+ years of experience in product management roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful products in the fintech, cryptocurrency, or related sectors. • Understanding of trading technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and blockchain concepts. • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization. • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making. • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative working environment. • Familiarity and experience with trading, back office, OTC, security or similar is a plus.
