Requirements

• 7+ years experience working in an HFT options trading firm • Expert understanding of the software requirements and user needs of an HFT options system • Strong grasp of options theory and trading concepts • Strong understanding of the business needs of an options trading desk • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field; • 3+ years of experience in product management roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful products in the fintech, cryptocurrency, or related sectors. • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
