📋 Description
• An experienced Rust developer to support the growth of our infrastructure • Support the implementation, setup and deployment of trading algorithms • Assist product managers in planning and technical decision making • Mentor other Engineering members and participate in code reviews • Review performance metrics and identify solutions to optimise activities • Ensure processes are well documented
🎯 Requirements
• At least 5 years of back end coding experience for example: C++, Rust, Go or Java • Experience with Rust is essential for this role • Familiarity or Interest with Trading • Familiarity with financial markets and trading algorithms in orderbooks • Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in DeFi, Web3 and/or a DAO (nice to have) • Familiarity with AWS (nice to have) • Experience with non EVM chains (nice to have)
