• Please note the applications are open to candidates based anywhere in Mexico, so feel free to apply regardless of location as those will be 100% remote, Work-From-Home roles. • Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, is a full-service social media agency that specializes in 360 campaigns for the entertainment, games, and consumer brands industries. • DMM creates groundbreaking social-first campaigns rooted in innovative strategy, and provides clients with community management, creative, video production, influencer, talent, and performance marketing capabilities. • As our team at DMM is growing, we are always on the lookout for talented professionals who share our values and are passionate about the entertainment industry! • We’re looking for a proven leader to step into the role of Account Supervisor, Influencer Partnerships, guiding a team in executing innovative, multicultural influencer campaigns for entertainment, gaming, and consumer brand clients. • This role will oversee a team of Managers and Sr. Managers, leading them to plan and implement out-of-the-box, multicultural influencer activations. • Our ideal candidate has deep expertise in the evolving influencer landscape, best practices across social platforms, and strong relationships with creators, agencies, and managers.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working on influencer campaigns within the entertainment and gaming industry. • Demonstrated expertise leveraging existing and emerging social media platforms to deliver successful influencer campaigns with measurable results. • Knowledge of influencer pricing tiers with experience in contracting and negotiating rates and deliverables. • Experience managing a team - we seek a proven leader that knows how to inspire a team and solve emerging problems. • Knowledge of the video game industry/community and streaming platforms is a plus. • Reliable, self-sufficient, and detail-oriented with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team. • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. • Availability to work between 9am and 6pm EST preferred. Some weekend and holiday support should be expected.
