• As a Quality Assurance Associate, you'll support the project lead by evaluating ticket samples to ensure adherence to quality standards from a handling perspective. There's potential for you to take full ownership of this task in the future, gaining increased responsibility and autonomy within the role.

Requirements

• 4-year course or college level with experience in a similar capacity • Hands-on experience in Quality Assurance • Relevant background in Customer Support roles • Demonstrated ability to deliver professional feedback would be a plus • Proficiency in Excel with excellent analytical abilities • Advanced English Skills – both written and spoken (C1-C2 level) • Fully Proficient Japanese Skills • Ability to work in autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting • Excellent communication skills, maintaining objectivity and impartiality • Assertiveness and can-do attitude • Attention to detail and effective task prioritization skills
