• At Keywords, we are using our passion for storytelling, games, technology and media to create a global services platform for the Video Games and the Media & Entertainment industries. • We enable leading content creators and publishers to leverage our expertise and capacity across the lifecycle of interactive content. • We stand shoulder to shoulder with our clients working as their external partner, providing access to our teams of experts where and when needed. • People at Keywords are passionate, talented, committed and resourceful. • Human talent is our most valuable resource and as a business, we thrive on diversity, celebrate uniqueness and work as teams whether we are physically together or working together virtually. • Are you passionate about taxation and eager to grow in a dynamic environment? • We’re looking for you—a motivated and curious professional ready to take on new challenges in a thriving industry. • In this role, you’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative tax team where ideas and knowledge are shared openly. • You’ll engage with internal and external stakeholders, including tax authorities, with confidence and professionalism. • While you’ll receive the training and guidance needed to succeed, you’ll also have the independence to manage your responsibilities and ask the right questions when needed. • Whether you choose to work from home or in the office, you’ll never feel alone—our tax team is more than just colleagues; we are a tax family, always connected and supporting each other every day. • Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and file indirect tax returns (e.g., U.S. Sales and Use Tax, Canadian GST/QST/HST). • Prepare and file direct tax returns (e.g., property tax, gross receipts tax). • Assist in collecting and analyzing data for corporate income tax reporting. • Research and interpret indirect tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance. • Support tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities. • Maintain accurate tax records and documentation to support audits and compliance. • Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to ensure proper tax treatment of transactions. • Contribute to tax planning strategies to minimize indirect tax liabilities. • Supports the tax team with various projects and initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience in tax compliance or accounting. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written). • Detail-oriented and highly organized. • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt to changing circumstances. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Capable of meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Professional, dependable, and self-motivated. • Effective in both independent and team settings. • Committed to maintaining confidentiality.
