• At Keywords, we are using our passion for storytelling, games, technology and media to create a global services platform for the Video Games and the Media & Entertainment industries. • We enable leading content creators and publishers to leverage our expertise and capacity across the lifecycle of interactive content. • Keywords is trusted and relied upon by many of the world’s leading companies to work alongside them during concept, development and live operations. • People at Keywords are passionate, talented, committed and resourceful. • We are looking for an experienced Workday Technical Integrations Developer to manage the integration of Workday with various third-party systems. • The ideal candidate should ideally have extensive experience with Workday integrations and excellent technical expertise with a range of different integration types. • Key Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of Workday integrations, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand integration needs and design solutions that align with business goals and technical capabilities. • Lead the integration of Workday with external systems using Workday's integration tools. • Design scalable, maintainable, and robust integration solutions while adhering to best practices. • Provide technical expertise to resolve integration issues and ensure data integrity. • Coordinate comprehensive testing strategies for integration workflows. • Maintain clear and detailed documentation of integration specifications and processes. • Stay current with Workday product updates and industry best practices. • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Workday Integration tools (Studio, EIB, Workday Web Services, Workday Report Writer, etc.). • Experience with XML, XSLT, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and integration middleware platforms. • Knowledge of Workday HCM, Compensation, Help and other Workday modules. • Familiarity with enterprise architecture and integration design patterns. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to analyze complex issues and find creative and effective solutions. • Workday Integration Certification (or willingness to obtain).
