• Consider a terrific Career opportunity with KGA! • A place where you can contribute, collaborate and continue to grow as a clinician • KGA provides employee assistance services to help organizations create and sustain a healthy, engaged and productive workforce • Our services include robust Employee Assistance Programs, professional development and training, and other wellness services • With an emphasis on integrity, responsiveness, and respect, we proudly serve over 300K+ employees and their family members nationwide • KGA is committed in cultivating a culture that encourages the diverse voices of our employees and the people we support, regardless of racial identity, sexual orientation, gender identity, culture, disability and religion • Together, we strive to build a supportive & flexible work environment to care for our employees and the people we support • We believe it is crucial to promote the wellbeing of all • Provide short term, solution focused treatment to individual adults and/or couples referred to you by our EAP Counseling staff • Conduct 45-minute counseling sessions via telephone and/or video • Assess clients to determine if they need assistance or additional treatment beyond the EAP sessions and work with other members of the KGA team to assist clients in finding additional resources as needed • Caseload will depend upon hours worked • Number of sessions available to each client will be determined by employer’s EAP contract (usually 3-8 sessions)

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling • A minimum of 3 years’ post graduate experience • LICSW, LMHC or PhD (must be licensed to the highest degree in MA) • Licensure in other New England states is a bonus • Foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy • Experience with solution focused work • Trauma informed care, substance misuse, couple’s treatment, stress management, mindfulness, and grief counseling experience preferred • Culturally competent with diverse, multi-cultural, and LGBTQIA+ populations; bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus
