📋 Description
• Kinetic Investments is a start-up accelerator company that provides entrepreneurs with support and capital. • Looking for an experienced SEO & Content Lead focused on the German speaking market. • Responsible for managing SEO strategies and content relevancy for German markets. • Must have experience in executing SEO strategies and managing content teams. • Role requires autonomy and strategic input, with a hands-on approach for daily tasks. • Key accountabilities include content ownership, SEO planning, team management, and performance reporting.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years experience in a dedicated content role • A history of demonstrable success delivering results through SEO and content • A solid understanding of the content production process, including management of a production team • Ability to work autonomously and own projects from start to finish • Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and manage a large workload • Knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics / SEMrush / Ahrefs / Majestic SEO / Screaming Frog / Supermetrics • Great communicator of critical information in English • Linguistic understanding of German
