β€’ Who we are: Kicksaw is on a mission to transform the Salesforce consulting industry, putting employees and customers first. β€’ About the role: The VP of Sales will build a sales playbook and ensure that the sales strategy and team are aligned with Kicksaw's overall goals. β€’ Your mission: Build a world-class sales team and drive growth in 2025! β€’ What the VP of Sales will do: Build a Sales Playbook, Develop and execute a sales strategy and process. β€’ Build & Lead the Sales Team: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team while cultivating a culture of success. β€’ Performance Metrics & Analysis: Manage a sales operations function that utilizes data and metrics to guide sales strategies. β€’ Financial Stewardship: Create and manage sales forecasts, quotas, and budgets. β€’ Client Success & Retention: Establish strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction. β€’ Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the Delivery, Marketing, and Operations teams. β€’ Create a Learning Environment: Build out a sales enablement function.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 8+ years in sales leadership within the Salesforce, tech-enabled services, or consulting sectors β€’ Proven track record of achieving growth targets as an individual salesperson and leader β€’ Prior experience taking ownership of and scaling a CEO-led sales team from scratch in a startup environment β€’ Prior experience building a sales playbook and sales team at a consulting company (similar stage / size) β€’ Proven experience in building out sales operations and sales enablement, as well as utilizing data and metrics to ensure targets are met β€’ Direct experience with Salesforce products or services, including current (and healthy) relationships with Salesforce AEs and familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem β€’ Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities β€’ Adept at navigating complex sales cycles and negotiating deals β€’ Exceptional ability to coach a sales team (inspire, develop, and lead) β€’ Strong focus on building a collaborative and high-performing culture β€’ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills β€’ Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels β€’ Comfort with fast-paced environments and changing requirements β€’ Ability to pivot strategy in response to market trends or business needs β€’ Excellent project and time management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously β€’ A scrappy, can-do attitude with the willingness to roll up their sleeves and jump in β€’ Prior experience working with private equity
