β€’ The job requires working in a structured environment with clear expectations and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. β€’ Although you will need to make quick decisions, maintaining accuracy and adhering to company standards is crucial. β€’ Process weekly transactions for clients in QBO, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines. β€’ Prepare and file payroll and sales tax returns. β€’ Manage accounts payable and receivable for multiple clients. β€’ Prepare and review weekly client dashboards, cash forecasts, and financial reports. β€’ Meet with clients via Zoom to discuss financial reports and business strategies. β€’ Communicate regularly with clients via email regarding their financials and questions. β€’ Provide support on other financial projects and assignments as needed. β€’ Adhere to established company policies, ensuring compliance and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in bookkeeping, with a focus on client management in an accounting environment. β€’ Expertise in QuickBooks Online is REQUIRED, along with proficiency in Word, Excel, and other relevant software. β€’ Experience managing multiple clients, balancing varied tasks while maintaining accuracy. β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. β€’ Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
