Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B/institutional direct marketing experience in FinTech, Crypto, or Finance • Experience marketing products to large enterprises and navigating buying teams of large prospect organizations. • Thrives in fast-paced environments, managing projects independently and across teams to meet deadlines. • English native speaker • Comfortable working with cross-functional groups and executive leadership • Knowledge of crypto, Web3, and core Layer 1 / Layer 2 protocols is nice to have and a passion and a willingness to learn about new technologies are necessary • Knowledge of Webflow, Figma • Passionate about blockchain/crypto • Curiosity and ability to dig into a topic and follow through • Genuine team spirit
