• The Senior Vice President of Finance will be a crucial member of the executive team, responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company and providing strategic financial leadership. • This role will play a key part in shaping our client's financial strategy, managing financial risks, and leading the finance team. • Requires a forward-thinking leader with a strong background in finance, accounting, and strategic planning within the software or technology industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. • Proven experience in the software industry or a technology-driven environment. • Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices. • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. • Proficiency in financial software and systems; experience with ERP systems is a plus. • Preference for candidates with experience from private equity or leading finance teams at private equity-backed companies.
