Description

• Kindred Bravely seeks a detail-oriented Systems Analyst to support IT and operations. • Responsible for systems integration and management of various business platforms. • Lead integration projects ensuring seamless functionality across tools like NetSuite and Shopify. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and requirements. • Manage the integration of new and existing systems while troubleshooting issues. • Develop documentation on system architecture and workflows. • Provide general IT support and coordinate with external resources as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with exposure to ERP, CRM, and/or IT systems management. • Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system; NetSuite certification is a plus. • Celigo experience is a plus. • Strong understanding of CRM and e-commerce systems, with a preference for experience in direct-to-consumer businesses. • Deep understanding of integration concepts, data mapping, and workflows between platforms. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail. • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Ability to work independently with limited supervision. • Preferred: PMP, Scrum, or other project management certifications are a plus
