• As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving user conversion, activation, and retention in the Kinedu app through a variety of marketing channels and tools • Your responsibilities will encompass creating, managing, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns from start to finish • Collaborate closely with the Content, Live Programs, and Product teams to create engaging and personalized messages
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is required (Portuguese is a plus) • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and draw actionable conclusions • Excellent communication, creative writing, and translation skills • Attention to detail and meticulous organizational skills • Team player mentality • Exceptional time management skills for fast-paced work environment • Problem-solving self-starter who displays a strong sense of ownership of tasks
