• Transfers data from legacy agency management system and integrates information into current system. • Designs and implements secure, efficient, and accurate databases. • Ensures that database projects are completed on time and within estimated costs. • Develops and maintains documentation and standards. • Resolves production and/or applications development problems related to the use of the database management system software or utilities. • Gathers, organizes, and interprets statistical data from the database to provide reports to, and answer questions from, upper management. • Performs other related duties as assigned. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with Macros (strongly preferred) • Proficient in various agency management systems (i.e. Epic, AMS360, TAM, Hawksoft, etc.) • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Understanding of computer languages used within database. • Understanding of database design and construction. • Strong technical, analytical, data analysis and mathematical skills. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail. • Proficiency in administrative tasks and computing skills, including Microsoft Office applications, is required. • Familiarly with project management software or collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, MS Teams, Monday, SmartSheet, etc. is preferred. • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with demanding timeframes. • Willingness to adhere to all principles of confidentiality. • Must value operating in a collaborative work environment. • Adaptable and open to adopting new practices and procedures.
