• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning with strategic goals and priorities. • Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver top-tier features and functionalities. • Define product features, write specifications, conduct user research, and iterate based on feedback. • Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure a user-centered approach. • Prioritize projects effectively, making informed trade-offs as necessary. • Conduct market research to guide product development and stay ahead of industry trends. • Represent the product team in cross-functional communications, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a related field. • At least 3 years of product management experience, ideally within fintech or trading platforms. • Proven track record of launching successful software or financial products at scale. • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English is essential, with additional languages considered a bonus. • Flexibility to work in various environments: on-site, hybrid, or fully remote.
