Description

• In coordination with Marketing and RevOps teams, plan and execute multi-channel campaign strategies (PPC, display, social media, etc). • Incorporate third-party lead generation partners, along with the complete range of Kinsta’s digital and physical assets, into the overall lead generation strategy. • Develop strategies to improve lead generation performance. • Manage the implementation of lead capture triggers and materials such as advertisement graphics, ebooks, white papers, etc. • Continuously measure and report on the performance of lead generation strategies and acquisition channels. Providing regular updates on campaign performance, ROI, and pipeline impact. • Work closely with the Sales and RevOps to gain a deep understanding of target lead profiles, and adjust lead generation strategies to focus on these profiles whilst ensuring alignment on lead quality and follow-up processes. • Deliver quality leads to our Sales team for further development and conversion. • Collaborate with the Editorial team to develop social media strategies focused on increasing brand awareness and engagement.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Demand Generation role. • Extensive experience in generating leads from paid channels (PPC, display ads, and paid social media), orchestrating campaigns for lead gen, and managing large budgets effectively. • Proven track record of delivering successful demand generation campaigns that had a measurable impact on lead volume and business growth. • Experienced in go-to-market strategic planning and execution through multi-channel distribution. • Near-native proficiency in English. • Bonus points if you: • Have direct experience working in the hosting space. • Have strong copywriting skills.
