🎯 Requirements
• Solid knowledge in building software solutions with Python and other programming languages • Experience in Agile software development, including proficiency with Git, testing, and CI/CD processes • Background in quantum computing, including hybrid classical-quantum workflows • Ability to develop specific solutions on different quantum hardware platforms • Knowledge of optimization theory and classical solvers • Experience in delivering cloud-based software services • Strong understanding of architectural approaches for defining and leveraging APIs to seamlessly integrate solutions into clients' workflows • Proven experience developing solutions in agile teams in fast-paced environment • Ability to assume the clients' perspective and extract clear requirements • Proactive exploration of deeper needs and opportunities for innovation • Aligning expectations regarding maturity of solutions and business impact, manage stakeholders • Ability to manage critical client situations effectively • Skilled in working across different markets, understanding various company-specific and cultural norms • Comfortable adapting to different ways of working and communicating to ensure smooth collaboration in international settings • Strong scientific research experience • Deep understanding of the Quantum Computing Ecosystem landscape • Excellent communication skills, both in working in teams and engaging with clients • Ability to present and demonstrate intermediate results and MVPs to clients in a clear and engaging manner • Skilled in promoting MVPs beyond individual clients
