Description

• Kiva Confections is a cannabis-infused edibles company in California. • Our goal has been to redefine cannabis confections since 2010. • We are ready to launch in Tennessee with our Camino and Petra brands. • Looking for a skilled salesperson with retail relationships to grow distribution and sales. • MUST reside in TENNESSEE!

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. • 5+ years of experience in distributor sales management, or key account management, ideally within the cannabis, beverage, or consumer goods industries. • Proven success in developing and executing territory and distributor-level sales strategies. • Exceptional relationship-building skills with key accounts and distributor partners. • Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting and creating distributor incentive programs. • Experience in cross-functional collaboration across finance, marketing, and operations teams. • Hemp-derived Delta-9 product sales experience is a plus.
