📋 Description
• Maintain general ledger accounts and record day-to-day financial transactions in QuickBooks. • Perform monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor accounts. • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. • Process vendor invoices, ensuring correct coding and timely payment processing. • Participate in the month-end and year-end close process, including journal entries and adjustments. • Maintain accurate and organized financial records for easy retrieval and compliance with internal and external audits. • Identify areas for process improvements within the finance department and contribute to the development and implementation of solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. • 2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role, with demonstrated expertise in QuickBooks. • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, V-lookups) and familiarity with other Microsoft Office tools. • Advance English Level: B2. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
