Description

• We're looking for a Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, data systems, and foundational datasets to support business and product objectives. • Ensure high data quality and system reliability through rigorous testing, continuous monitoring, and optimization of data storage solutions and data models. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and design appropriate solutions while contributing to long-term data strategy and roadmaps. • Perform ad-hoc requests as necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a similar role. • Strong programming skills with expertise in SQL and Python. • Experience with structured and unstructured databases (e.g., Redshift, Postgres) and optimizing data systems. • Proficiency in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines (e.g., Airflow) and workflows (ETL/ELT). • Experience with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) a plus. • Familiarity with AWS ecosystem and data tools like DBT. • Familiarity with data modeling, governance, and compliance standards. • Experience with version controlling (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced environments. • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams. • Full working proficiency in English. • German language skills are a plus.
