📋 Description
• Responsible for driving the sales performance of product portfolio • Manage pricing and marketing strategy • Assess product performance and market response • Coordinate with production and logistics teams • Manage high-priority products and ensure performance standards • Lead product launches and team management • Option to have own Virtual Assistant to manage product portfolio
🎯 Requirements
• Deep understanding of the market • Comprehensive knowledge of all processes involved • Experience mentoring or leading teams to achieve business objectives • Amazon or retail experience is a big plus • Strong analytical skills: Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets (VLOOKUP and SUMIFS are essential) • Decision-making abilities: Able to make data-driven decisions based on various metrics • Detail-oriented mindset: Attention to detail is crucial • Creative problem-solving skills • Knowledge of Pay-per-Click advertising is a big plus but not mandatory • Understanding concepts like Gross Profit, Return on Investment, and Cost of Goods Sold is advantageous • Understanding principles like Days of Inventory and supply chain management • Experience in managing budgets and cost structures, including cost-benefit analysis for product pricing, marketing spend, and operational expenses • Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives and long-term plans
