• As a key member of our Quest-to-Earn platform, you will work at the intersection of product, operations, and growth, ensuring smooth execution of offers, improving our research processes, and leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency. • Explore competitor platforms, analyze offers across different regions, and identify relevant opportunities for our user base. • Set up offers and promotions, ensuring technical and non-technical updates are aligned across departments. • Analyze user behavior to identify patterns and optimize user experience. • Provide structured information to the customer support team regarding offer rules, payouts, and platform operations.
