Description

• Seeking experienced Consultant • Provide advisory and consultation services to clients • Coordinate and deliver comprehensive program support • Work with managers and clients to gather business requirements • Support overall communication related to plan and project execution • Conduct needs assessments and develop strategic plans • Provide consultations/workshops regarding IT process improvement issues • Translate SME analysis for client presentation and reports • Analyze a situation and formulate effective solutions • Develop and deliver training materials, toolkits, briefs, and presentations • Facilitate workgroups and communities of practice • Interact with vendors/partners for coordination of technical assistance

Requirements

• Master's degree in related field preferred. • 2 + years of experience providing consultation services focused on process and experience improvement. • 1 + years of experience working in a Business Analyst capacity • Public sector consulting experience a plus • Experience facilitating workgroups and communities of practice. • Excellent writing and presentation skills. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
