Description

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations. • Work closely with the Kneat CSM, aligning on Technical Solution deliverables. • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support. • Analyze customer environments and recommend optimizations. • Collaborate with sales teams to drive new business and upsell opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.). • Proven experience as a TAM or in a similar customer-facing technical role. • Strong technical background with knowledge of software, cloud services, and IT infrastructure. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English is required.
