Description

• Anywhere Integrated Services is seeking a Title Production Manager. • Oversee the production teams supporting regional title settlement operations primarily in Missouri and Illinois. • Responsible for the day-to-day title operations team supporting the Company's goals and strategies. • Oversees risk mitigation and adherence to regulatory and Underwriter examination practices. • Direct reports include Title Searchers, Title Examiners, and Title Specialist. • Leads decision making on personnel actions.

Requirements

• Education - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience. • Minimum of 2-4 years of prior supervisory or management/business management experience. • Full knowledge of Missouri title Insurance practices and examination standards, exposure to Illinois title Insurance practices and examination standards. • Exposure to various Title Plant softwares such as TIMS, Laredo. • Missouri Title Insurance Producers License required. • Illinois Title Professional license preferred. • Interpersonal influencing and relationship building. • Analysis, good judgment and decision-making abilities. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft products and ability to learn new technical applications. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Must be available to work during core business hours and have the flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
