• Identify, contact, and convert potential clients across Turkey and Europe through outbound and inbound activities including content management. • Build and nurture relationships with leaders and decision-makers. • Organize and lead sales meetings, managing the entire sales cycle from outreach to closing. • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings. • Accurately document all client interactions and maintain a clean, organised pipeline in the CRM system.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role, ideally within recruitment or B2B service sales & lead generation • Excellent communication, negotiation, and lead generation abilities, with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets • Fluent in Turkish and English • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus • Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment • Adaptable to change, with a strong problem-solving mindset • Curiosity about technology: Digitalise the BDR & SDR process using technology tools.
