Description

• Kobalt.io is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager responsible for program delivery. • Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of information security consulting projects for multiple clients. • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their security needs. • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and financial reporting to optimize profitability. • Coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to scope and budget. • Lead cross-functional teams of security experts and consultants, driving project outcomes. • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing proactive measures for success.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in business, computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience. • 5 years of experience in B2B client-facing roles managing technology or business change projects. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Ability to engage with customer executives and demonstrate strategic understanding of business needs. • Experience managing multiple projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., monday.com) and familiarity with compliance tools (e.g., Vanta). • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Hands-on experience with Compliance and Trust products would be advantageous. • Program and/or project management-related certification such as CAPM, PMP, or PgMP. • Previous experience working in information security or information technology industry. • Strong understanding of information security principles, risk management frameworks, and industry standards. • Certification in Information Security such as CISSP, CISM.
