• Minimum 5 years in internal communications and employee engagement in global SME/startup • Proven success in developing HR related collaterals and executing internal communications strategies • Demonstrable experience organizing corporate events and hosting virtual events • Excellent public speaking, interpersonal and presentation skills • Strong writing, editing, copy-editing skills • Knack for tech savvy work tools for content design, development, management, tracking • Highly organized, accountable and can work with minimal supervision
