• KodeKloud is a fast-growing EdTech SaaS company dedicated to transforming the way businesses upskill their teams in DevOps, Cloud Computing, and IT. • Trusted by over 1 million users worldwide, #4 on the Straits Times’ List of Fastest Growing Companies in 2024! • The incumbent will play a crucial role in managing all touch points that impact employee engagement and culture of the organisation. • Develop and maintain company handbook, employer branding IPs, onboarding/offboarding collaterals, alumni network and employee newsletters. • New hire experience: Conduct induction sessions, manage 30-60-90 day touch points and ensure new hires are engaged, informed and connected from Day 1. • Track NPS score and measure impact of internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Proven success in developing HR related collaterals and executing internal communications strategies for Global SME/start-up, preferably in Consumer Tech/Product industries. • Demonstrable experience organizing corporate events and hosting virtual events. • Excellent public speaking, interpersonal and presentation skills. • Strong writing, editing, copy-editing skills. • Knack for tech savvy work tools for content design, development, management, tracking. • Creative bent of mind and ability to research, learn and execute. • Highly organized, accountable and can work with minimal supervision. • Looking for people with an internal communications and employee engagement background of minimum 3 years in a global SME/start-up. • Prior experience managing communications and employee engagement in a remote company with globally dispersed employees will be highly preferred.
