• KodeKloud is a fast-growing EdTech SaaS company. • Join our team as a Legal Associate. • Ensure compliance with Singapore law and GDPR obligations. • Advise on corporate law, data protection, and employment law. • Engage in contract drafting, negotiating, and corporate governance matters. • Support HR in legal employee matters.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent from a recognized institution. • 4-6 years of experience in legal practice with hands-on experience in GDPR and Singapore law; familiarity with Indian law is highly desirable. • Previous experience working in or advising startups is a plus. • Strong legal research, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex legal matters independently.
