📋 Description
• Ansprechpartner in allen lohnsteuer-, sozialversicherungs- sowie tarif- und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen • Selbständige Abwicklung der Gehaltsabrechnung, Zeitwirtschaft und das Melde- und Bescheinigungswesen mit SAP ERP HCM. • Sicherstellung der Entgeltabrechnung durch die Pflege der HR-Systeme (SAP HCM, Success Factors) und der Zeitwirtschaftsdaten inkl. Fristen • Abwicklung von Sonderthemen (Bsp. ATZ, Pfändung, etc.) • Erstellung von Bescheinigungen sowie die Abwicklung des allgemeinen Schriftverkehrs • Unterstützung bei den Monats-/Jahresabschlusstätigkeiten • Kontinuierliche Optimierung und Verbesserung unserer Prozesse im Rahmen definierter Standards und Richtlinien • Mitarbeit in HR-Projekten
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Entgeltabrechnung • Kenntnisse in SAP HCM • Erfahrung im Reisekostenrecht wären von Vorteil • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse wären von Vorteil • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse • Akkurate und gründliche Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und analytischen Fähigkeiten • Erfahrung mit Prozessgestaltung, -veränderung und ein gutes Zeitmanagement runden Dein Profil ab
