📋 Description
• Sie verantworten den Remote-Support für unsere Softwareprodukte • Hierbei betreuen Sie via Fernwartung unsere Warehouse Management Systeme und unsere Software zur Steuerung von Logistikprozessen bei unseren Kunden weltweit • Als technischer Ansprechpartner nehmen Sie Fehlermeldungen unserer Endkunden entgegen und führen Fehleranalysen/Diagnosen sowie Störungsbeseitigung mittels unserer Fernwartungssoftware selbständig durch • Das Dokumentieren der Servicefälle in unserem Ticketsystem sowie das Pflegen einer Wissensdatenbank gehören ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben
🎯 Requirements
• Sie haben eine Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker, Studium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung • Sie bringen gute Windows-Betriebssystem- (Server und Clients) sowie IT- (Hard- und Software) Kenntnisse mit, erste Erfahrung mit Linux sind wünschenswert • Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse im SQL-Bereich und haben idealerweise bereits mit relationalen Datenbanken (z.B. Oracle) gearbeitet • Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch und besitzen gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Sie sind ein Teamplayer, sind kommunikationsstark und handeln dienstleistungsorientiert
