Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert in high-impact projects • Lead large, complex Workday solutions for a global customer base • Manage project scope, quality, timeline, and overall delivery • Provide coaching to team members • Gather and analyze business requirements with clients • Advise clients on best practices and process improvements • Lead client sales meetings as a Subject Matter Expert • Communicate lessons learned and best practices • Act as a mentor for less experienced team members

Requirements

• 6+ years' experience as a Workday Integrations consultant leading and deploying Workday implementations • Strong skills in Workday Studio and solving complex integrations • Deep knowledge of Workday's technology stack and external systems in HR or Finance • Ability to lead workstreams on large-scale projects • Broad understanding of business and technology trends in ERP, HR, Finance, and Payroll • Proven ability to influence diverse audiences • Commitment to delivery excellence and client satisfaction • Excellent communication skills in a remote environment • Ability to manage timelines, deadlines, and goals • Experience managing global teams • Ability to identify and communicate risks and issues • Experience implementing complex business solutions under competing deadlines • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects • Willingness to mentor and direct other consultants • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Ability to meet travel requirements (<5% a year)
