β€’ Consult, execute, and prioritize conflicting demands on deliverables/projects across multiple, concurrent clients without supervision. β€’ Ensure clients understand and take advantage of best practices. β€’ Perform research on problems, identify the true cause, and present/implement corrective measures to the client. β€’ Seek opinions and feedback on alternative solutions from team members to solve client needs. β€’ Contribute to the organization's knowledge management repository through formal and informal avenues (ex: Q&A, documented deliverables, facilitation of Workday knowledge sharing sessions, regularly posting best practices, etc). β€’ Provide guidance and coaching to team members in area(s) of expertise. β€’ Meet key performance indicators set for this role (ex: utilization target, service level agreements, customer satisfaction scores, etc). β€’ Demonstrate Kognitiv's core value, "act like an owner", in all aspects of work.

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years' experience leading and deploying Workday Payroll implementations β€’ Experience configuring Workday Payroll and Security as well as developing Custom Reports, Dashboards and Calculated Fields β€’ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written β€’ Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues in a remote working environment β€’ Some consulting skills e.g., presenting to business partners, creating documentation and technical guides, participating in workshops, explaining functionality or solutions to guide stakeholders, etc. β€’ Experience implementing complex, practical business solutions under competing deadlines and priorities β€’ Demonstrated commitment and achievement to delivery excellence and client satisfaction; strong client focus with the ability to understand client needs and build relationships β€’ Ability to prioritize and organize work to ensure overall timeliness and quality standards with little supervision β€’ Ability to effectively manage against timelines, deadlines, and goals β€’ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change β€’ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required β€’ Ability to meet travel requirements (<5% a year)\n
