🎯 Requirements
• Engineering skills – Strong in APIs, databases, DevOps, testing, etc. • AI expertise – You’ll need to know your way around Foundation Models (LxM) and have built Gen AI features using tools like OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Vector DBs, RAG, AI Agents, or finetuning. • Architecture chops – Can design maintainable, scalable, and reliable AI systems from scratch. • Monitoring & evaluation – You understand how to deploy, observe, and measure AI performance and user impact. • Great communicator – Clear in both written and spoken English, whether talking to techies or not. • Team player – You help others level up and focus on what’s best for the team and product. • Curious learner – Always on top of tech trends and love sharing insights with the team.
