Description

As a Senior Rendering Engineer you will be responsible for designing and developing the implementation of game systems and resources, focusing on working with rendering pipelines and graphic libraries. This role works closely with other programmers and the production team to create high-performance, robust, and sustainable systems in a game development environment.

Requirements

Solid engineering skills with a vast professional experience in games. 2+ years of experience as a Graphics or Rendering Engineer. Two or more shipped games. Multiplatform development experience. Excellent programming skills in C++. Solid CPU and GPU debugging and optimization experience. Solid understanding of graphics pipelines and rendering techniques. Solid experience with one or more rendering APIs (DirectX, Vulcan, etc). Experience in smartphone development. Knowledge of Unreal (UE4 or UE5), Unity and other proprietary engines. Solid attention to organization and detail with strong analytical skills. Solid technical insight. Good communication skills with the ability to write and verbalize conceptual thoughts. Strong sense of accountability to consistently meet and exceed performance expectations. High emotional intelligence to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics effectively. Proactive agent with a problem solving and critical thinking mindset. Solid debugging and optimisation skills.
