Description

• The opportunity to leverage expertise in data migration to deliver seamless, end-to-end data migration solutions for clients. • Collaborate closely with clients and delivery teams to understand migration requirements and ensure successful data transfers between systems. • Develop and contribute to a reusable, scalable data migration framework, streamlining future projects and significantly reducing time and effort for subsequent migrations. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of strategies, migration processes, fixes, and adjustments to support knowledge sharing and process transparency.

Requirements

• 2+ Years of Data Migration and SQL Experience: Hands-on expertise in executing data migration projects, including designing and implementing SQL-based solutions for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) • Customer Experience Focus: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with clients and within project teams to understand and meet their needs effectively • Technical Documentation Skills: Experience in authoring detailed technical design specifications and documenting comprehensive data migration strategies • Creative Problem-Solving Abilities: Skilled at navigating and resolving conflicting requirements, balancing business demands, and mitigating technical risks or challenges with innovative solutions • Salesforce experience a plus.
