Description
• Be a pioneer as the first member of our productivity team, paving the path for excellence. • Enable our Android Developers working on app features in cross functional teams to perform on their highest levels of efficiency. • Collaborate with Productivity Developers across iOS, Backend, Web and QA teams to align on shared objectives and exchange meaningful insights. • Ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with best practices in managing build tools and release processes. • Setup measuring mechanisms for our app's critical metrics, like memory consumption and rendering performance and ensure your team is informed in time about alerts automatically. • Own and optimize our CI/CD pipelines, Gradle, and other tools to streamline our build and release process.
Requirements
• Highly self-driven, responsible, and keen to learn and improve. • Thrive by enabling other developers to work on their highest level of performance. • 4+ years of professional experience as an Android developer. • Solid foundation in software development, with proficiency in Kotlin, Gradle, and at least one scripting language. • Professional understanding of app monitoring, build and release automation, CI/CD systems and know the best tools for it. • Prioritize stakeholder needs in decision-making processes and proactively drive projects forward. • Keep Android development knowledge up to date. • Excel as a team player and communicator in a diverse and international remote team.
