β’ We are seeking a passionate and driven DEI Trainee Intern to support our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives β’ This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting DEI programs in a multicultural business environment β’ The DEI Trainee Intern will work closely with global and regional DEI team to drive programs and initiatives that foster a more inclusive and equitable work environment. β’ Assist in researching and analyzing DEI best practices and trends across the world β’ Monitor and report on regulatory practices and updates related to DEI in all countries β’ Support the development and promotion of DEI training programs tailored to Konecranes cultural nuances and aligned with global initiatives β’ Collaborate with regional People & Culture and Employee Resource Groups to identify and address diversity and inclusion gaps β’ Help organize cultural celebration events, speaker series, and other DEI-focused activities β’ Provide administrative support such as scheduling, note-taking, and presentation preparation β’ Gather feedback and data to measure the impact of DEI initiatives β’ Support the creation of internal communications to promote DEI initiatives
β’ Currently in a university program related to human resources, organizational behavior, social sciences, or a relevant field β’ Could work 15-16 hour per week with 6months commitment β’ Strong interest and some prior exposure to diversity, equity, and inclusion practices β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment β’ Proficiency in utilizing power point and other communication tools to support DEI campaigns, acting in social network, etc. β’ Excellent research and analysis skills β’ Familiarity with the cultural nuances and business landscape β’ Proficiency in English β’ Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
