📋 Description
•If you don’t think you meet all of the criteria below but are still interested in the job, please apply. •This role will be responsible for shaping, leading, and executing the global internal communications strategy of Kong. Your job will be to create a communication approach, tools and processes that bring out our values (COURAGE) and Leadership Principles. •The outcome of the communication should make employees experience a cohesive, transparent, low hierarchy, high speed and engaging work environment. You will work closely with Kong's leadership, People, Marketing and other key stakeholders as we scale and evolve.
🎯 Requirements
•Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is a plus •3+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications in a global company •Leadership experience is a plus with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role •Proven track record of developing and executing internal communications strategies in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments, preferably in tech
