• One of our core rules is you can’t ship a doc unless you’ve successfully tested what’s written. • Write deployment and configuration guides, user guides, API and command references, tutorials, and best practices guides based on real world user needs. • Shipping great docs is a team game. Work with writers, engineers, product managers, and UX designers to develop clear and concise technical content. Then work with technical support staff, field specialists, and the community to develop it even further. • Both the documentation, and yourself. Whether it’s internal processes, tooling or new skillsets, this is a team that values improvement in all things.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years experience writing clear, concise technical material for developers and/or enterprise admins. • Experience working asynchronously with teams distributed across the world. • Candor.
