Requirements
• At least five years of clinical mental health experience with current licensure • A Master's degree in a mental health or human services discipline • Past participation in humanitarian response activities • Demonstrated skills in individual counseling and group therapy • Experience with pre-assignment and post-assignment briefings • Experience delivering trauma-informed counseling • Ability to administer psychological screening instruments • Proficiency in English plus at least one other language from this list: Arabic, Chinese, French, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish • Your application will stand out if you have… • Ability to provide services in Russian or Chinese • Experience providing supervision and/or clinical consultation to other mental health professionals • Experience working with clients of different cultures, nationalities, religions, gender, sexual orientation and or disability. • Experience supporting individuals and mission-specific teams in the aftermath of critical incidents • Experience in consulting on work-related stress • Skills in responding to moral injury • Sensitivity to cultural differences and beliefs
