Requirements
• At least five years of clinical mental health experience with current licensure • A Master's degree in a mental health or human services discipline • Past participation in humanitarian response activities • Demonstrated skills in individual counseling and group therapy • Experience with pre-assignment and post-assignment briefings • Experience delivering trauma-informed counseling • Ability to administer psychological screening instruments • Proficiency in English plus at least one other language
