Description
• Based remotely in India • Work with business users and IT partners on support activities • Identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve problems • Lead projects and process improvement initiatives • Participate in business requirements definition, design, configuration, testing, and deployment • Create process flow documents and test scripts as needed • Mentor and assist team members
Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of related experience as an IT Analyst or Senior IT Analyst • 5+ years of experience with Enterprise Supply Chain Management Software (NGC, Logility, Infor) • Proficiency in SQL statements and root cause analysis skills • Experience in regional/global supply chain projects • Familiarity with SAP, logistic platforms, and EDI interface integration is a plus • Understanding of supply chain operations (orders, shipments, inventory) is essential
